About This Calculator

Why We Built This

Most paycheck calculators are buried in ads, require accounts, or use outdated tax brackets. We wanted something clean: enter your numbers, see your take-home pay instantly, no signup required. Everything runs in your browser — your salary data never leaves your device.

How It Works

The calculator uses 2026 IRS tax brackets, the latest FICA rates (Social Security 6.2%, Medicare 1.45%), and current state tax rules for all 50 states. It accounts for pre-tax deductions like 401(k) contributions, health insurance, and HSA, then calculates your per-period and annual net pay.

We also factor in the 2026 standard deduction ($16,100 single, $32,200 joint, $24,150 HOH) and the Additional Medicare Tax (0.9% on wages above $200,000).

Who Built This

Built and maintained by Tony Reaves II, founder of Toota Industries — a defense industry operator and government contractor who works directly with the Defense Logistics Agency. Tony built this tool because he believes financial clarity should be free and instant, not buried behind paywalls.

Important Disclaimer

This calculator provides estimates only. It is not tax advice. Your actual paycheck may differ due to local taxes, garnishments, union dues, or employer-specific deductions. Always consult a CPA or tax professional before making financial decisions based on these estimates.
